Rachel L. Wilkosz

Human Resources Assistant

As the Human Resources Assistant at Resource 1, Rachel is responsible for the on-boarding of our consultants, consultant retention and payroll functions. She will help through the entire hiring process, assist while on contract and provide guidance with medical benefit selection and 401K.

Rachel is a graduate from Northern Illinois University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management with a Human Resources emphasis and a minor in Psychology. She enjoys photography, travel, her cat Oliver and the Arts.

Outside of Resource 1, Rachel likes to travel with friends, grow as a photographer, and support her local park district’s musical theatre and dance program.
