Holly C. Utter

Chief Operations Officer

Holly C. Utter, Chief Operations Officer, is responsible for managing all special projects and initiatives, including technology and marketing initiatives. Before joining Resource 1 in 2020, Holly was a licensed professional engineer in the State of Illinois, specializing in project management. She has a BS in engineering from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and an MBA from Keller Graduate School of Management.

Outside of work, Holly is a devoted wife and mother to 3 children. She is a longtime volunteer with Girl Scouts, a fitness enthusiast, and a proficient allergy-friendly baker, who loves live music of all kinds.
