Human Resources Manager
As the Human Resources Manager at Resource 1, Marcy is responsible for the retention of the consulting team, preparation of consultant and client legal agreements, internal staffing needs and benefit management for several companies. She also assists in the human resources consulting aspect of Resource 1, regularly providing support to the division. Marcy holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Resource Management and a minor in Psychology from State University of New York at Oswego. She combined business courses and her dream of travel when she studied abroad outside of Sydney, Australia at Charles Sturt University. Marcy is an established HR professional with previous experience as a recruiter in the staffing industry and as a HR Generalist. She has been a part of the Resource 1 team since 2005.
Marcy enjoys spending time with her husband and two sons, going on family bike rides and traveling.
