IT Sourcing Manager

As an IT Sourcing Manager at Resource 1, Sarah plays an instrumental role in supporting the Resource 1 recruiting team. She is responsible for identifying, screening and qualifying candidates for a variety of IT positions. Additionally, she manages the logistics of the hiring process by scheduling and preparing candidates for client interviews and performing reference checks. As a Sourcing Manager, Sarah also mentors and trains new sourcers on best practices and technology.

Sarah obtained a Bachelor’s degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders from Elmhurst College. Outside of recruiting for Resource 1, she enjoys staying active through yoga and biking, reading psychological thrillers, and spending time with her friends and family.
