James A. Loizzi

Director of Technical Recruiting

Enterprise Services Division

As the Director of Technical Recruiting of the Enterprise Services Division at Resource 1, Jim is responsible for managing and directing the recruiting process in all aspects of the project lifecycle, specializing in the areas of HP Nonstop, EFT, ATM/POS, and the modernization of legacy applications. When he’s not fulfilling his duties as Recruiting Manager, Jim acts as the resident liaison between Windows and Apple users, providing technical support to each group. Jim has been a part of the Resource 1 team for over 20 years.

Jim enjoys spending time with his son and focusing on his passion for racing motorcycles. Jim’s competitive spirit on the racetrack has kept him involved in building and racing motorcycles for over 25 years.
